Ken Livingstone's Little Daydream

I wonder if Ken or Boris heard this story and what might have gone through their minds.

God forgive me, but the attack of sacred monkeys on the deputy mayor of Delhi caught my attention in all the worst ways and I just had to shoehorn it into something.

I wanted to label the monkeys but time ran out.... any ideas?
